GOOD NEWS REPORT-HAND OF GOD

         About two weeks ago I was ironing, standing under the ceiling fan.
         It was night time. All of a sudden everything went black and things were falling all around me.  I could not see. My forehead was hit and blood was running down my face.  The ceiling fan had fallen out of the ceiling.  It happened so fast I don't really know what happened. 
         When we got light into the room, my glasses were on the floor under the fan, my iron was on the floor at my feet and the fan was smashed to pieces.  My best guess is that when the fan fell it hit the ironing board as two blades was broken and then crashed to the floor on the other side from where I was standing. 
         The end result was that my glasses were not broken, I did not get burned by the iron and I had one bump on the top of my head and a half inch gash in my forehead.  No stitches, but you know how a scalp wound bleeds. Since I was ironing I grabbed a cloth and did not even get blood on anything. 
         Now God's hand had to be on me.  
         The reason the fan fell – was that the cast iron fixture the fan screws into to "keep it from falling" and the two arms where the fan screws to the cast iron ring, broke in two.    
         This is in the back room where my grandchildren lie on the floor to watch television and the baby plays with her toys.  
         This is one of those cases that all you can say is "Thank you God."
