GOOD NEWS REPORTS

         After my wrestling match with the Lord, I felt He was saying, “Now, doors are open for you to freely ask of Me, what you desire. Now that you are not afraid to ASK.”
         Of course I had to think a minute about what I truly desired. These are the main things that I asked of God:

l. That He give me Peace in the midst of every storm.
2. Constant assurance of His Love for me.
3. That He would bless others through me
         a. And allow me the joy of seeing that I am.
4. That He would multiply Angel Food.

GOOD NEWS
 HIS WORD GOES FORTH

         Confirmation of God’s answer to my prayers have already begun. Whether the book Angel Food goes to one person at a time or to millions, it is God who places the desire in people to know Him; and to share with their friends and families who desire to know the Simplicity of Christ and God’s Plan for each life.
         The Holy Spirit led me to pick up the Angel Food book again this morning. Once more, I was taken back to remember the sweet simplicity of God’s Love for us. As we grow in the Lord, we may receive deeper revelations, but from time to time, we need a “refreshing”. This can come by remembering our first Love…the way our Heavenly Husband courted us and drew us to Himself.
         If there is a way to share it with those we love, will we do it?

         My present 2X2, the person the Lord has me closely connected to in His ministry at this time, bought an Angel Food book for her son’s girlfriend. [I’ll explain the 2X2 later but you can find it in Luke 10:1.]
         The girlfriend is hungry and receiving the simplicity of Angel Food with great delight. She is buying 2 more books to give to friends whom she loves and who have been asking the same questions the Holy Spirit put on her heart. Thank You Lord.

         My son and grandson just returned from a mission trip to Namibia Africa. While preaching there, my son held up the Angel Food book. He only had ten copies, so he said, “The first ten ladies who come up here to the platform, can receive one of these books free.”
         He said they rushed the stage and were very excited over receiving them. You can imagine how this delighted me, and I believe, the Lord.  God knew exactly which women would receive a book. This inspired me to pray a special prayer over these ten women and those they will share with.
         When my son told me this, I knew it was God’s doing. Since my son had bought the books, they became his gift to the women. But God was certainly sending forth His Word.
         As I was praying the second morning of my son’s visit to me, I was recalling what he had shared with me about his trip to Africa. He had not mentioned about giving the books to the women at that time. I was thinking, “Oh Lord, wouldn’t it be nice if my son took at least one Angel Food Book to each country he goes to in ministry?”
         Then, God richly blessed me by revealing that my son had not only taken one, but ten. Praise God for the ten-fold return. Yes, this is multiplication by the Lord’s hand through His obedient servants like my son who have ears to hear.
         I was so blessed that I gave my son fifteen more books to send to other countries. The Holy Sprit inspired me to do this so that the seed for the Angel Food message could be multiplied: more people could understand God’s simple message of Salvation and how to receive and be led by His Holy Spirit. My heart is in strong agreement with our Lord’s at this point: We both want everyone to know.

           May I encourage you to pick up your Angel Food book today and receive a “Fresh Start” in your desire for a way to share God’s Good News with someone you love. Someone who desires the SIMPLE TRUTH of God’s Love. Maybe you even need to review His simplicity for yourself this morning. I did!
         In it, He reminded me to “Serve It While It’s Fresh – Serve It While It’s Hot.” That means to Do It Now…while the anointing is on it…to reach your heart and inspire you to share.
         This is not a natural promotion on my part. But, as you invest in Angel Food by ordering a book, and investing the price of the book into someone else’s life…I believe you will make God SMILE. And you will experience a warm place in your heart because God has shown you a way to explain His SIMPLE Love to someone you love. Please don’t keep all the Angel Food for yourself. It’s value is in the sharing…the multiplication.
         As God replenishes His storehouse of Angel Food books, more can be printed and sent forth in the name of our Lord.
         Now, isn’t this a Good News Report?
