A TASTE OF
“GLORY”

Have you ever tasted “Glory”? Do you know what it feels like in the natural? Would you like to hang on to it?
I think of my husband, sons, and grandchildren and all the awards they won in athletics. It wasn’t so much the medals and trophies, as it was that sweet moment of Glory…when after much giving of themselves to the task at hand, a rush of accomplishment filled every blood vessel in their body. To realize that they were truly Number One among all the contestants: that they had won the Great Prize they had so longed for.
[I pray that the Holy Spirit is already showing you the ‘play on words’ that I am using so that you can relate to how God feels about His Glory; How His Sacrifice, Accomplishment, and Rewards compare to our meager ones.]

LIKE A GREAT EXPLOSION
OF LIGHT

It’s really a great experience, like an explosion of light with-in a person. It touches their whole spirit, soul, and body. It’s a Private Experience…because no one else can truly understand or share completely all the person feels at this point. It is a Private Moment; a glory that touches to the FULL, only the person who has received it. It’s a glorious, awesome experience, to be cherished for life. It’s that person’s

MOMENT OF GLORY.

But, sad to say, in time, that glory fades. That great spark of light can vanish over night or by the end of the week. And after years, it can even be forgotten.
Sometimes a snapshot or an old medal saved in a jewelry box, or a letter from a friend who remembers your special glory moment, can remind you of your ‘Moment of Glory’, and there may be a sad sweetness in the memory. You may even wonder, “Did it really happen? Did I really experience that Moment of Glory?”
Yes, you did. God meant for you to experience many “Moments of Glory”. You are His child and He wants you to experience many of the same joys, He experiences.
How sweet is that Taste of Glory. Sometimes it comes quick, bright, and fulfilling…a moment of experiencing wholeness in every part of your being.
Yes, that was only a small taste of the Glory God has prepared for us. It is only a shadow of the Real Thing…His GLORY.
It will only become a perpetual (constant) way of life for us as we perpetuate His Glory and abide in Him and desire to see HIS GLORY fill all temples; private and collectively. As we pray for the manifestation of HIS GLORY filling the whole earth.
We can live and walk in that Glory today, knowing that He has already declared it. So, as it is already decided in the Spiritual it will be manifest in the natural and is already happening. We can live here, today.
The “Glory” on Moses face (2 Corinthians 3:6-11) is a great example of the “Taste of Glory – vs. – The TRUE GLORY OF GOD” that Remains.

“Christ in me, the hope of Glory”. (Colossians 1:17). The proof of Christ’s desire to share the Glory of God with us is found in my favorite chapter in the Bible: John 17.
In Verse 22, Jesus prays to the Father His desire for us, “And the Glory which Thou gavest me (Jesus), I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one.” And verse 24 tells of Christ’s desire for us to see His Glory.
ACTION:   Look up the word “Glory” in your concordance and read as the Holy Spirit directs you. Who can explain the magnitude of the meaning of the word of God’s Glory. All I know is that when it fills the temples (large and small) we will know it.

Praise God and let the Lord be MAGNIFIED.
“O taste and see that the Lord is good….” (Psalms 34:8).

FOLLOW UP: Praise God, I have already received 3 phone calls today before this message even goes to press, telling me of the return of God’s Glory in their churches. Our prayers are being poured out in abundance. When you see it happening in your local church, would you please let me know. It truly excites me.

AS ALL GLORY GOES TO GOD…..

WHEN WE KEEP HIM IN FIRST PLACE

Well, I think you get the Picture….Come Lord Jesus…Fill our temples with
Your Glory!
