(Jesus fed 5,000 Plus with 5 loaves of bread. How
many can we feed?)
Perhaps only a few…but
if they have
The bread…They can feed
others.
When
Jesus’s disciples came
to Him and asked how to feed the multitudes, Jesus said:
“They
need not depart; give YE them to eat.”
And
they said unto Him, “We have here but
(only) five loaves….”
He said, “Bring
them hither to Me.”
And He took the five
loaves,…and looking
up to heaven, He blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to His disciples, and the disciples (gave)
to the multitude.
And they all did eat, and
were FILLED. (Matthew 14:15-21).
In Mark 6:38, same story, Jesus asked
his disciples: “How many loaves have ye? Go and see.” I
think we can figure out what He means here. Do we have some bread already in our hands to help feed the
multitude? He doesn’t ask for what we don’t have, but what we do have.
FRESH BREAD MULTIPLIED
The
day came when God began to give me Fresh Bread (Angel Food) each morning to share with my friends. Oh, the warm smell of fresh baking
bread wafting from the kitchen, whetted my appetite so much I couldn’t
keep it to myself. I just had to share.
But
the loaves began to stack up and I couldn’t
get them out while they were fresh. Some, I could, but not all of them.
I
knew I couldn’t continue to feed everyone daily, but I also understood God’s timing
and the anointing that is like yeast in this bread. Even the labels on the bread would be able
to catch the reader’s eye and he/she could find the word of encouragement he/she needed for that
day.
That
day: might come weeks later, after I sent out the original recipe…but the hunger for that
particular meal would direct them to their special need for the day.
When
a word or a song or a message is written under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, it never loses it’s
flavor. It remains Fresh each time we read it.
Therefore,
I will put the Fresh (Angel Food) Bread messages on my Angel Food web site and you can refer to them
as desired or needed.
I
have a Fresh Bread List that I send on a regular basis. This list changes from time to time as I feel
the Lord leading. I will continue this email list because it keeps me accountable and moving forward
in my own ministry. These people also give me feed-back from time to time. God uses them to help “SEND
FORTH HIS WORD” through me, through writing.
You
can also help by forwarding this Fresh Bread to a friend as you see their specific need, and making them
aware of this God-given web site. Oh, our Lord has a million ways to reach His children.
This
is only one way, and it may seem small, and the messenger not well known in the eyes of the world. But,
you can be assured that the message comes “fresh” from
the heart of God (to the best of my ability).
As
God promised to “watch over His Word to Perform it”,
you may never know who hears His special message that you send to them.
“So shall My Word be that goeth forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto Me
void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent
it.” (Isaiah 55:11).
