THE PERFECT MEAL
For
A PERFECTIONIST
Shalom and Boqer
Tov Xaverim, (Good Morning Friends), as I visited with our Lord this morning,
He gave me revelation about the meal of “PERFECTION.”
Holy Spirit explained
how Perfection is Possible and that people who have condemned themselves for
being “perfectionists” should not do that because being a “perfectionist” is
all a part of God’s plan for us.
There are so many
side dishes to this main course that you may not choose to “go there” because
each side dish has a special flavor and lesson of its’ own.
Therefore I shall
give you the conclusion now. Please remember that Xala Bread seems to be more
for the purpose of enticing people to the table to read and think for
themselves. Hopefully, it is just the aroma and curiosity for a new dish that
may draw them to this table. And if you happen to learn a few Hebrew Words
along the way…just consider them condiments to your meal.

THE XALA BREAD SPIRITUAL KITCHEN
Inspecting the Recipe
If you want to
follow me as this recipe came into existence, you will see how a little pinch
of this and a dash of that…developed into the meal I desired to serve.
So, as I rattle
along…taking up your precious time…it is my desire that “something” mixed here
will be mixed with your faith…and you will find some ingredients for your own
meal.
THE PERFECT BRIDE AND GROOM
Why (lama) I
started here, your guess is as good as mine. But this is what went into the
batter.
Surely every man is
searching for the Perfect Bride…and every woman has at some time searched for
the perfect Groom.
The idea and dream
of perfection is built into mankind. Whether we realize it or not, we
are on a quest for perfection. It affects all we do.
The word
“perfection” always has an element of “hope” attached to it. Although it seems
out of our reach, why do we continue to desire it and strive toward it…dream
about it, plan for it, hope for it?
WHAT IS PERFECTION?
What is
“perfection”? Until we understand the POWER of the POSSIBIITY of PERFECTION…we
will always settle for less. We need personal pictures of perfection. That
thought or that picture is perfected by the Power of our dear Holy Spirit.
As God’s creation,
we were never designed to accept less than perfection.
Some are accused of
being “perfectionists”, as though it were a bad word. But, I assure you it is
normal. Our only frustration comes by trying to make things perfect by our own
might…aside from Faith in the promises of God…that He is perfecting all
things. He is perfecting you and me.
SAY
“He is perfecting me and all things that pertain to
me.”
THE PERFECT HUSBAND OR WIFE
(Don’t get too religious or critical as you read the
next paragraph.)
Men admire
beautiful women on television, on the street, at church or on bill boards.
Their eyes are always attracted to what they see as PERFECT. Try not to be
critical of them as I say this. They are looking for PERFECTION. When they
see other men in movies or life, their eyes are also attracted to what they see
as perfection. They desire to be like the men they see.
Women do the same
thing…in reverse.
BITS OF PERFECTION
There are bits of
perfection all around us. We are constantly collecting pieces and trying to fit
them into one whole picture…either of ourselves or someone else…even of God. Sometimes
we gain a piece, lose a piece, and then find it again. Just as I temporally
lost this recipe. But, since some of you asked for it, I shall go ahead and
send it, although it may be late.
JUST REMEMBER:
It’s okay to be a Perfectionist
Because
It is our unspoken belief that
PERFECTION IS POSSIBLE
That leads us Forward daily
In
Hope…that is Eternal
