SPIRIT – SOUL – BODY
TURN  THE  KEY

          This morning as I waited before our Lord, wondering what He would impart to my heart; waiting to hear in my spirit the direction He would lead me today, I knew I had many pages of un-typed Xala Bread to serve.  But, as His Love is new every morning, I desired to serve the Freshest of the Fresh.
          I am so blessed to have time and space to wait upon the presence of our Lord.  To wait.  And dismiss the irrelevant…things (thoughts) that would draw me more towards the patterns of my soulish mind, rather than the clear sweet communion of His Spirit with my sprit.  So, I wait!
         
A  QUIET  PROMPTING
Like a gentle whisper or Breeze
      
As I waited

          
          I continued to receive a quiet prompting to pick up the book again:  Breaking The Power of Unmet Needs, Unhealed Hurts, Unresolved Issues in Your life…by…Liberty Savard.  I was still contemplating about our ability to bind and loose; and did we have the right to do this? No wonder our Lord says to Renew our Minds daily…because we so quickly forget things of great importance.
          I wasn’t sure what Holy Spirit wanted me to see but before I began to thumb through the book again, He brought this word to my spirit.

“I have given you the keys.” 

          As if to say:  “What is hindering you from using them?  Faith?  Faith in My Word?”  He confirms His Word with signs and wonders.  I needed the confirmation from Him that He meant what He said.  When I heard this personal word in my spirit…this was a “sign and wonder”…that God would speak to us personally…directly to our “knowers” so we could receive it and begin to act on it.
            The other word I heard was:  “Now, begin to:

“CALL  IT  DONE!”

          You see, I still had questions about this binding and loosing process that Jesus first revealed to Peter in Matthew 16:19.
          “And I will give unto thee keys of the kingdom of heaven:  and WHATSOEVER thou shalt BIND on earth shall be bound in Heaven:  and WHATSOEVER thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.”

?

          Were these keys given only to Peter?  I think not!  Is God a respecter of persons?  Do all of God’s children have a key to His House?  I believe the scriptures prove that we do.

SPIRIT – SOUL – BODY

          The more we understand the difference of these 3 and how they work together as important parts of who we are…the easier it becomes to TURN this KEY to His Kingdom.  Not only seeing ourselves set FREE, but seeing others SET FREE as well.  Praise God!

ANOINTED  PRAYER

          The prayers in this book renew my mind and keep me on course.  It will be a pleasant surprise when you “surrender” your spirit-soul-body to God.  An example is that your soul has no idea what its “unmet needs” are.  It will tell you one thing, but as you wait upon God, His Holy Spirit will reveal areas you never considered.  There will be a sweet recognition of this truth and you will Praise Your Lord again for His Amazing Grace.  Soon, you will learn to distinguish between your soul and your spirit.

PRESENT  DAY  EXAMPLE

          Even as I continue here…I ask God to grant my “soul” permission to share an experience from my past.  Remember:  the “soul” is never “satisfied.  So “my” soul could continue writing to you ALL DAY. 
          My spirit says:  “Well, go ahead and write it.  You know you are going to…maybe it will help someone.”  J

SNAP-SHOT

          Years ago, my friend and sister-in-the-Lord, Pat came to visit me and swim in the river below our dam. 
          This scene is still like a “snap-shot” in my mind.  She challenged me to swim many laps, then we stopped in the middle of the river…and I can’t remember why she asked me (God knows), but she asked, “Have you heard about binding and loosing?”
          “Well, I guess so,” I said.  But, I really couldn’t recall having learned much about it.
          She must have gone on to explain, but all I could respond was, “Okay.  That sounds good.”
          But, I really didn’t “get it”.

HIS WORD DOES NOT RETURN VOID

          I share this story as a word of encouragement.  Don’t give up!  Holy Spirit can use a mental snapshot from your past, or a Word from the Bible, to continue revealing Himself and His Word to you.
          Years later…the question Pat asked me, I am NOW….  “Getting It.”  In God’s perfect TIME and way.
          So, as we bind our wills and the wills of our loved ones to the will of God for our lives, and our minds to the mind of Christ, and our TIME to His Time…(we don’t understand it all now; we may not see it in the natural body, or even feel it in our “souls”, but by FAITH in God’s Word, our spirits can “Call things that appear not…as though they are.”
 
Mat 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
