XALA BREAD GALORE
or
As said in Hebrew
GADOL
גדול

Good Morning (Boqer Tov) dear ones.  Have you ever tried to make a stew and the mixture grew larger and larger until it was running over with ingredients and you were ready to throw the whole thing out and start over?  Or, perhaps you had too much yeast in your bread and it expanded completely out of proportion to the size that would fit on an average plate?
I think you hear what I am saying.  Our Lord gave me such a wonderful message yesterday that I could not cut it down to eatable pieces.
Therefore, I ask you to eat only as much as you hunger for.  Once your spiritual hunger is satisfied, please do not feel obligated to eat the whole thing.  You may remain at this table today as long as you wish.  Otherwise, you are free to be excused at any time you desire.  Or perhaps you would like to come back later in the day and see what is left on the table.  I will not be offended.
Anyone who has “extra time”…a rare commodity I know.  But, if someone does, they can just “hang out at the table” with me after the others leave.  Your personal choice.
It appears that I have a message to share and I personally will not be satisfied until I can serve freely as it came to me.  No time limits, just straight from my heart.

DAILY CROSS?
Do we have a Daily Cross?

“And He said to them all, “IF any man/woman will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his/her cross daily and follow Me.”
(Luke 9:23)
Although we would never deny the cross of Jesus and His finished work there for us, there are more lessons from the Cross that He would have us SEE.  I can only tell you what I am SEEING this morning.
When our dear Holy Spirit convinced me from God’s Word that it is wrong to call evil good and good evil…this set me FREE in one area of my life where I had been confused in the past and did not have a clear picture.  (Isaiah 5:20).  If we don’t understand this, how will we be able to refuse the evil and choose the good? (Isaiah 7:15).

I DENIED MY CROSS

Have you denied your daily cross?  There is a difference between the physical and the spiritual…but, they are relevant to each other.  Jesus died in the physical for us on the physical cross so that our spirits might be FREE.
We do not deny His physical death for us.  His physical cross.  But, some of us have denied our own physical crosses through teachings we have learned along the way.

HOLY SPIRIT PRAYER

“Oh, Holy Spirit, I am so flooded with revelation about this message…and people do not have zman (time) to read all I could write this morning.  Please help me make it simple.  Please reveal to them what I am seeing.  Thank You!”

OUR LORD SAID:

“Take up your cross daily and follow Me.  He said it.  That means we do have an individual daily cross.  And the way to carry it, is like He did.  This is a good teaching tool for His disciples.  How did Jesus carry His Cross?

LAMA?
למה?
Why?

Why I came to this question.  Lama?  Why?  While praying for friends of mine who are ministers in our Lord’s Garden (ginna-גינה ), I was aware of their physical suffering and desired to see God’s hand in their circumstances.
I knew God was not punishing them, nor was He refusing to heal them.  As I prayed for my friend Barbara, having watched her journey for years…I knew there had been frequent attacks on her in the physical.
But, the call on her life is so strong that even crippling attacks cannot stop her.  Each morning she must rise up, overcome the pain in her flesh, and go forth with JOY to follow her Lord wherever He leads.
Yes, Barbara has surely recognized her personal cross…and counts it all JOY to follow her Lord.  (James 1:2-4).  Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin (the easy life-my input) for a season.  (Hebrews 11:25).
Then there is JoAnn, a Mighty Woman of God in the hospital now following surgery because of a broken hip, after already losing her spouse whom she nurtured diligently before he went to heaven, then she was afflicted by a stroke.  Lama?  Why, Lord?
Yet, this woman today remains one of the strongest women in the Lord that I have ever known.  I have leaned on her many times in my past to absorb some of the strength our Lord placed in her.
She would never deny our Lord’s finished work at the cross for her or us.  I strongly suspect that JoAnn has known for a long time…what I am just now accepting.
Yes, we all have a physical…natural, earthly cross to bear.  We must pick it up DAILY and follow our Lord’s example of HOW He carried His cross.

Lama is my dear Patti (spiritual daughter) still in a wheelchair from an accident the devil meant for evil but God has multiplied thousands of times over as she witnesses night and day to those our dear Lord brings to her?  Oh my, how faithfully and gallantly she picks up her cross daily and spoils the kingdom of Satan with her words of love and truth.  She is well aware of her daily cross.

A “DAILY” CROSS?

I know I am repeating myself here, but it is worth repeating.  Although we would never deny the Cross of Christ and His finished work for us there, many of us like to pretend we do not have a cross to bear.  After all, a cross shows our weakness, shame, inability to have our own way.  A cross can be a heavy burden that we seek to shed as soon as possible…along with the pain and discomfort it causes us.
To deny we have a daily cross to take up, is to deny the words of our Lord when He said, “if we were to be His, we would need to take up our cross daily and follow Him.”  (Luke 9:23).  This says to me that we must learn how to carry our crosses the way He carried His “daily cross” on earth.

BEFORE
WE CAN TAKE UP OUR CROSS
DAILY

Before we can take up our cross daily, we must be able to recognize our cross for each day.  How can we pick up something we do not see?
There is no shame in having a cross or perhaps more than one at a time.  The object of this lesson is to get each of us to face our cross, to know what it is today.  Then, to keep on walking.
Not run from it, or sit down and cry over it, or even try to hide or get rid of it.  Simply to name it, and accept it…and learn how to carry it as our Lord did His.  In that sense, we can consider our cross an honor.
So, we learn How to carry it with dignity, love and faith.  Not as a burden so that we have a long face and full of pity expressions…but with JOY.  To model after our Lord as was said in Hebrews 12:2, “Looking for the JOY that was set before Him…is How He endured the cross….”

CAN YOU LIST YOUR PERSONAL
CROSS for TODAY?

What is heavy on your heart today or on your mind?  This is a strong clue.  How long have you been carrying this cross?  Is this an old cross from the past or a new one that came into you life today?  What you do with your cross is between you and your Lord.  Whatever He shows you, you must do.
As Christ lived in the flesh, so must we.  Walking in the Spirit gives us the Power to carry our crosses in the Natural.  My spirit right now is receiving more information than my physical mind can expound on as briefly as I would like to do.
So, you might say this is a type of cross I accept gladly to carry to the best of my ability…trusting God to do the rest.

SIMPLY  PUT
It’s okay to have a cross to carry.  Knowing and naming what our daily cross is, will show us the BEST way to carry it today.  Can you, or will you name your cross today?
As I attempted to name my own daily crosses…I couldn’t seem to find one.  The burdens of my own crosses were lifted.
So, when we can’t find our own daily cross to carry, perhaps we should help someone else with theirs.  Prayer is one great way!!!!
We should not be “ashamed” of our crosses.  They are, after all, just temporary burdens.  And, when we tell a fellow Believer what our daily cross is, it’s an opportunity for them to know how to pray for us.
No!  Don’t be ashamed of your cross.  Everyone has one.  Some just admit them and learn better how to carry them.

SOME CROSSES SHOW UP
LATER IN THE DAY

I shall now disclose the cross I found last night.  I humbly admit it so that you may help me lift it in prayer and so that I may carry it in a way that will more Glorify our Lord.  I didn’t recognize it during the day.  But, it often comes on me in the evening…it is the cross of the battle I often face with depression.  Depression is NOT of God, and when we grow physically tired, that seems to be the time the devil wants to challenge us and often, in the squirmish, we feel too weak to draw our sword (S/words of the Spirit) and protect ourselves.  By denying our crosses, we often lose valuable help from our brothers and sisters in the Lord.
We don’t need to complain about our crosses, but simply acknowledge them and ask for help when they may appear too heavy to carry alone.

AND IN THE MEANTIME
MY DESIRE

In all honesty, the way I would truly like to carry my cross/crosses, is with Joy and Dignity.

JOY

AND
DIGNITY
