OUT OF THE DARKNESS
INTO
THE LIGHT
ON ONE SIDE OF OUR LORD IS DARKNESS
ON
THE OTHER SIDE IS LIGHT
HIS LOVE
STANDS BETWEEN THE TWO
Has there ever been such a day as this? No! Never! As
the darkness spreads and becomes darker and His Light Brighter. As He separates the dark from the Light. Even in
our minds, the separation is more clear than ever before.
How He does this amazes me. The world now flooded with so much knowledge and our spirits
absorbing so much…yet, not overcome; choosing only what is TRUE and of value…supernaturally keeping it simple…so that we stand and
watch what our Lord is doing.
The old ways of doing things have vanished. We can’t go back, but must Stand our Watch
with our eyes constantly on Jesus, looking for His return, watching now, even for the slightest move of even His little finger…as our spirits
remain sensitive to His slightest promptings. Yes, I think our spirits have never been more sensitive to His Spirit than they are today. He’s
getting us ready.
Like fire flies on a dark night. I believe people in the dark will see the glow of our Lord
shining through our vessels. There will be less “talk” on our part and more of a REST in Him. LOVE was the
First Call of God and I believe is His Last Call to His children and to the lost.
READING IN EXODUS
(Exodus 10:22b-23)
“…there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt for 3
days. It was so dark they saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for 3 days.
“But all the children of Israel had Light in their dwellings.”
CHILDREN OF LIGHT
HATE DARKNESS
For children of Light, dear ones, to live in darkness is a horror we
cannot fathom. We resist it! We run from it…always to the Light. To dwell in darkness for 3 days would
be torture beyond our imagination. Yet, the Grace of God has not permitted this for us.
In all the years of my life, there has never been a day when I didn’t see the sun come up
and light for my day. Never! Never have I had to sit
3 DAYS IN DARKNESS. I may have had to wait for light_ both spiritual and natural, but it surely comes. (Habakkuk
2:3).
To dwell in darkness for 3 days…. Doesn’t that remind us of what Jesus did
for us? Three day Jesus suffered the darkness of hell for us…death, hell, the grave and separation from His Father. Peter preaches
in Acts 2:31 of Christ’s Resurrection that God would not leave His soul in hell…but would raise Him up. Even in hell, the place of
utter darkness, Light remained IN Jesus because He is LIGHT and there is no darkness IN Him.
And as He is the Light, His Light remains in us wherever we go.
As God supplies all our needs, I can’t help but consider our lives in America, the
great land of promise He gave us. Even in the night, He has made provision for electricity, flashlights, camp fires, lanterns. There is
nothing He has not thought of to provide for us the light…and more so, His Light.
SPIRIT and FLESH
As our thoughts flow between the Spirit and the Flesh (natural things
of earth), we find Comfort in His Light and the recording of Moses in Exodus 10:23b. “But, all the children of Israel
had LIGHT in their dwellings.”
As this was natural for the children of Israel in that day, it was also spiritual whether they
recognized it or not. We are blessed double today because God has sent His Holy Spirit to reveal the Light that dwells in each of us. What
a comfort!
WALK A-BOUT
This is one of those days where God’s Word expands too much for
me to continue. I pray that this message will ignite a fire in you to continue on this path of Light as you look up the
words in your concordance and see the Light (revelation) for yourself as you search out the words “darkness” and “light”. There
is no end to His Light. Praise the Lord!
SENSITIVE TO THE LIGHT
As our Father is the Beginning and End of all things, for some reason
I am drawn back to Genesis l:4. “And God saw the Light, that it was good: and God divided the Light from the
Darkness.”
That is what I am seeing now. The dark is getting darker and the Light, brighter. God
is pouring out revelation to His children like never before….millions all over the world. They are more sensitive to LIGHT than they have
ever been.
The line is being drawn clearly between dark and light.
WHAT ARE WE TO DO?
We are to walk in the Light as He is in the Light and have fellowship
with one another. (I John 1:7). And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness. (Ephesians 5:11). For
ye were sometimes darkness, but now [are ye] light in the Lord: walk as children
of light: (Ephesians 5:8).
HOW? SIMPLIFY!
Draw a picture. Observe the difference. Be able to distinguish
any event in your environment (territory) as it belongs in either one category or the other. Separate the two.
DARK_________LIGHT
WRONG________RIGHT
HELL_______HEAVEN
 LOVE 
Then as you walk between these two boxes representing Dark and Light,
walk in Love. Those who walk in darkness will be drawn by the Holy Spirit to the Light of Christ that dwells in you.
SIMPLY BE LIGHT
SIMPLY BE LOVE
THAT GLORIOUS CITY
Then one day soon, I believe, we will be with our Lord in that Glorious
City…. “Where there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord
God giveth them Light; and they shall reign (above darkness…in the light) for ever and ever.”
(Revelation 22:5).
