Fresh Bread # 136
EGGS IN A BASKET
My Visit with our Lord this Morning
Father,
I have so many fragile little eggs that I have tried to nurture one by one, hoping to see them hatch
into the Glory You have prepared for them.
I
have done as much as I have known to do. Too many eggs in my basket for me to handle. As
I hear each “peep” in my heart, I run to them in prayer and with Your Word, but now I sense
that my forces of prayer and helps is becoming too scattered.
I have tried to show them HOW to FLY but You are the True Wind beneath
their wings.
HELP THEM PECK THROUGH THEIR
SHELLS

Please
help them peck through their shells and reach up to You for themselves. Please give them Your
DESIRE to try their own wings that you have given them.

Father,
You have shown me that I too, must FLY ON…FLY HIGHER…that I cannot remain on this nest
any longer.

It’s
Your Appointed Time for me, the mother hen, to FLY HIGHER. You have places for me to go and things
to do. Like Abram called to go to a land he knew not…but that God would show him. (Genesis
12:1), I’m feeling a strong call to go to Prayer Mountain in the Ozarks for the retreat in October. I
know You have something special for me there although I don’t know exactly what it is. Thank
You, Lord.
So, today, Lord, I SURRENDER my little Basket
of Eggs into Your Almighty, Protective, Hands. I TRUST You completely, Lord.
I know You will complete the work you have
begun in each of them and I know You will complete the work You have begun in me. (Philippians 1:6).
I SURRENDER THEM ALL
TO
YOUR CARE

They are ALL so uniquely Beautiful, Father
I know that not one will be lost…

You Will Keep Them Safe.
And Teach Them to Fly.
They’re all here, Lord. (John 17:8).
SCRIPTURE CAME TO ME
(Isaiah 10:27)
“And it shall come to pass IN THAT DAY, that
his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off they neck, and the yoke shall
be destroyed because of the anointing.”
Then the Holy Spirit said to me: “Gwen,
I’m giving you a New and Fresh Anointing. Go to Prayer Mountain.” And I answered: “Yes,
Lord.”
ONE MORE LOOK
AT
THE LITTLE NEST OF EGGS

And
I said, “Father, as each touch my heart, I will now caress them with prayer, but will gently place
them back in Your Basket of Love so they can grow. I SURRENDER them to You. It’s
TIME.”
Thank You Lord!
Gwen
