LIFTING OF THE VEILS
The 3 Veils
From time to time
we may question why we are praying. That’s when we not only return to God’s
Word to renew our minds, but we also wait upon Him in prayer, asking Him
questions and waiting for His directions.
God looked on and
knew my heart as I desired a more specific way to pray.
The last strong
Word He had give me was to “Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.” This
began a hunger to know my Jewish brothers and sisters; their history, and God’s
plans for them and the world.
While reading John
Hagee’s book JERUSALEM COUNTDOWN; (a warning to the world), I
began to understand why a veil had been placed over the eyes of the
Jewish people to keep them from seeing Jesus as their Messiah. If they
couldn’t SEE Him as such, they couldn’t Believe in Him as their Salvation.
But, “Why?”.
You’ll have to read the book for yourself to understand “why”. I pray that you
are hungry enough to know God better, so that you will read it.
DIRECTED IN PRAYER
Then God, by His
Holy Spirit gave me a strong Word on HOW TO PRAY at this time. He specifically
said: “PRAY THAT I WILL LIFT THE
VEILS.”
God has a time that He will lift the veils from the
Jewish nation. I don’t understand why He wants us to pray this way…but, if
Father God wants us to do this, we must.
REVELATION
The “Lifting of
the Veils” means revelation and spiritual eye sight; blinders removed.
When we pray according to God’s will, then we will see Him move.
DOWN TO EARTH
MAKE IT PERSONAL
Most of my
associates are Gentiles from the wild olive branch as explained on page 183 of
John Hagee’s book. We have no excuse for not seeing Jesus.
Yet, I understand
that many Gentiles (people who are not natural Jews) are also blinded and need
the veils lifted from them as well.
You can recognize
them all around you. From politics, to pulpits, to your neighborhood; even
within your own family.
“So, what do we do,
Lord?”, I asked.
I heard clearly,
“PRAY THAT I WILL LIFT THE VEILS.”
“Okay, Lord. I can
do that.”, I said. And it seemed an easy enough request.
PLATE TOO FULL TODAY
I know God plans to
reveal much more about this to me and to you than time allows today. Therefore
I encourage you to talk to Him about it and do a “Walk-About” study of the word
“Veil”.
THE
3
VEILS
The Lord showed me
that He had lifted two veils from my eyes. And that a third one is coming.
THE FIRST VEIL
SALVATION
The first veil was when the Holy Spirit wooed me and brought me to Salvation. “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me
draw him:....” (John 6:44).
The second veil was
when I became hungry for more; was offered and received the filling of the Holy
Spirit.
The Third picture I
see is of a bride and Groom at the altar. The Groom lifts the veil of His
Bride, looks into her eyes and sees her face to face. This represents the day
when Jesus will come and claim His Bride. I believe it is very near.

WHEN YOU PRAY, SAY
Say, “Thy will be
done.”
The disciples saw
Jesus praying and they desired to learn how to pray like He did. (Luke 11:2).
I know it’s God’s
will that we pray. Many of you are praying for loved ones. I know you desire
that “veils” be lifted from their spiritual eyes so they can see what you see.
So, if this meets
with your spirit, I encourage you to pray this prayer all this week for
everyone the Holy Spirit brings to your mind to pray for. It is not God’s will
that any perish. Don’t worry about who you should pray this prayer for. Since
our Lord is leading us to pray this way, He will also bring to our mind those
who need the blessings of this prayer.
YOU WILL KNOW
You will know by
God’s Spirit when a “veil” has been lifted in someone’s life. God’s Glory will
shine through them and you will Rejoice Greatly because God has shown you HOW
to pray in this season.
UNITED PRAYER
If you choose to
pray this prayer with me for the next 7 days, you will bless me greatly and
empower both of us in our prayers.
Please do not
respond to me unless this particular veil of revelation has been lifted for
you. God is the One who lifts the veils.
Remember John 6:44 “No man comes to Me, except the Father which hath sent Me
draw him; [Don’t stop with this first sentence. Claim the
second sentence for your loved one.] “and I will
raise him up at the last day.”
Matthew 18:19 That if
two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it
shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Mat 18:20 For where
two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
