Ears To Hear # 96
YOUR CHOICE
to
be
TRANSLATED

Once
again, I found myself “pressing in” to understand a question in the back of my mind. I
hope those who read this “Ears to Hear”, will remember that many things written here are
for your edification and also to cause you to ask questions of our Lord and seek His wisdom
and counsel through His Word and by His Spirit.
I
pray that our Lord guard your heart, mind, spirit, and soul…allowing you to receive only what
bears witness with His Spirit of Truth that is in you.
TRANSLATED
“Physically”
This
word has many meanings. As God is bringing His prophesies to the public through television and
other ways, we are hearing stories of people in our day who have experienced being translated from
one place to another by the Spirit of God. Ooooo…that sounds spooky, but “hold on.”
There
are stories in the Bible of men being transported from one place to another, whether in the spiritual
or even physical. I say, that God is bringing these things to public view, because people are
beginning to admit to their experiences and stories they have read of God’s modern day (so to
speak) disciples: people who have lived in our time or very near our time. This
is not new to some of God’s
children. Others of us are just now receiving the information and awareness. For what purpose,
I am not sure. But, God will continue to unveil His plans for us as He sees fit.
If
this type of translation peaks your interest, I suggest you do an extended word search on “translation”.
One
of the definitions in the dictionary says: Move somebody or something: transitive
verb to move or carry somebody or something from one place to another, usually involving a complete
change of condition or scene •
Convey
somebody to heaven: religion transitive verb to convey somebody to heaven, especially in
a way that is believed not to involve death. Like Enoch in
Hebrews 11:5
.
“By
faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him:
for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.”
WORD TRANSLATIONS
“Turn
words into a different language…while retaining the original meaning.” We have people
who translate languages for us and many translations of the Bible. There are Holy Spirit interpretations
which line up with the dictionary’s definition to “interpret meanings.”
Another
definition is: “Say something in understandable terms. Explain something in terms that
are easier to understand.”, which is what I attempt to do…so I can understand better.
THE
GREATEST TRANSLATION OF ALL
HAVE
YOU EVER BEEN
TRANSLATED?
Some
people have been translated from one place to another, in the physical or the spirit, while still here
on earth. Yes, we must try the spirits and see if they be of God. Satan, too, has a spiritual
kingdom and if people bow down to him, they may experience supernatural feats, but it is very dangerous
and leads to eternal separation from God.
Some
of you may say that I should not be sharing these things. But, who am I to judge the maturity
of the readers?
Now,
I ask you again. Have you ever been translated? Have you personally experienced
a “translation”? Have you been standing in one place and the next moment you found
yourself somewhere else?
As
I opened my Bible this morning, my eyes fell on Colossians 1:14, and I knew I had received the Greatest
Translation of All, provided by our Father God…. “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath TRANSLATED us into the Kingdom of His dear Son.”
WHY
ARE SOME TRANSLATED
AND
OTHERS,
NOT?
Would
you believe, this is the question I was pressing in to understand this morning? Guess it will
have to wait for the next Fresh Bread. How I got “translated” to this word study is
as much the Father’s business as anything else in my life. I think perhaps, that today there
may be a reader, whom I don’t know, but God does, who may want to be “translated” TODAY. Who
knows when our last day on earth is, or when Jesus will come for sure? But we can be “translated” before
He arrives and that will be a most joyous occasion. We will celebrate with the whole Body of Christ.
If
you want to be translated, all you have to do is, receive Jesus’ offer. He will not force
you. But, if you sense a sweet gentle tug at your heart that says, “Yes, Lord, I want to
be transformed into Your image. And I understand now, that before that happens, a “translation” must
take place in my life.”
Then
He will do it for you. All you have to do is receive His offer. No,
you won’t see yourself
transformed into the image you have of Him over night, but for that one special moment…He
will give you the overwhelming experience that allows your spirit to bask in the JOY of His Salvation. You
will not be wondering about “how” God is going to complete this work in you. All you
will experience is cleanness, love, hope, joy, and total surrender to His loving arms.
All
you have to say with sincerity is: “Yes, Lord. I chose for You to come into my life
and that I be translated and transformed into a new being for Your Glory.”
Then,
I suggest you open your Bible and read all of chapter 1 of Colossians. You will be amazed at what
you read, and you will know without a doubt…that you have been “translated” in the
twinkling of an eye, from the place you were to where you are today…into His Kingdom.
And
should someone like me, ever ask you if you have ever been “translated”, you can tell them “Yes! Emphatically,
Yes.” Praise God!
“Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear
Son:”
Colossians
