         “You can give them life, but you can’t live it for them”, was a quick word the Lord spoke to my spirit this morning, in a form of release. As we birth our physical and spiritual children, this applies to both, as it does to our Lord giving us life.
         It’s very quiet and still here this morning; yet cool. So peaceful. Last night was difficult for me a I recognized I was under attack from our mutual enemy. In desperation I was able to put my pride aside and call a friend to ask for prayer.
         This morning I knew there had been a break-through because of my friend’s prayer. Prayer is such a “faith weapon.” We seldom experience  “breakthroughs” in ways that we recognize them as answers to prayer.
         But, when you are weighed down with oppression, then experience a flow of Great Peace…you can know God has heard and answered someone’s prayer for you. Praise God! He has all bases covered. Thank You, Lord.

MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS

         This is not a sarcastic word….but a gentle direction for today. It’s not a reprimand, but a delightful freedom to lay aside your many cares for others and allow the Holy Spirit to give you directions about the call He has on your life.
         You have your own call. I only share mine as an example of a business meeting with God.

WHAT ABOUT THE ANGEL FOOD BOOKS, LORD?
(Discussion Follows)

Gwen:         I’m nearly at the end of writing Ears to Hear. 
                  I have already written 101 Slices of Fresh Bread.
                  Should I stop serving at 101 Ears to Hear?
                  Am I able to stop?
Holy Spirit: Yes…Wrap Them Up.
Gwen:         How, Lord?
H.S.:           What would you do in the natural?
Gwen:         Put them on discs. Continue to edit, Make foreword and
                  Table of Contents.
H.S.:           That’s right! Be prepared. Simply do what I show you. 
                  Walk in faith…that I will complete the work (like when you
                  confessed this about the Angel Food book…and I brought it
                  to pass.)
                  I know the plans I have for these books…TrustMe.
                  Although you don’t know exactly how, when, or where…
                  Never doubt that I am “there”. (at the finish)
                            I go before you to prepare the way.
                  Let other things go…and set this as a priority.
Gwen:         Okay, Lord. If (since) You say so.
H.S.:           I know you want to look down the road and see the end from                      the beginning…but you will only be able to see it by Faith.                      Trust Me!
Gwen:         It looks like “work”, Lord.
H.S.:           (Smile) Are you allergic to work?
Gwen:         I believe in having fun in doing what I’m doing.
H.S.:           All you have to do is ask. (Smile).
Gwen:         Okay, I ask that this step be fun, Lord.
H.S.:           Consider it done!
Gwen:         Thanks, Lord.

         This may sound silly to you, for me to talk to God like this, but I know a lot of you do the same. Actually this kind of conversation with God began when I was trying to teach some men in prison, how to hear from God for themselves. I pray that this type of prayer has expanded for these men even today…wherever they may be.
         Let’s have FUN today in whatever God has called each of us to do.
