RELEASE THE STEAM

GO TO AUTOMATIC-PILOT 

         Once again I relate to our Lord. As He poured out His love in a book now called the Bible. I believe it is one of His ways for His children to know Him better…to understand Him. So, I too, write my heart in letters.
         Although it is often a one-way conversation, at least He has tried to communicate with them. He already knows His children, but how well do they know Him? He desires to be known for Who He truly is.

STEAM

         I think prayers must be like a “steam” that builds up inside of us. Often this steam can be released by just sharing our concerns with a friend. But, it’s even better when we have the freedom to share them with a Friend who can do something about them. A Friend who can truly help.
         Oh, how I praise God for our Prayer Language. It releases so much steam. Perfect Love casts out all fear of what that person will do to us. We are FREE to express ourselves to Him, knowing that His Answers always bring Peace…far above religious tradition.

SEASONS OF GROWTH

         Each season of our life is so important. How I praise God for my season in the Charismatic movement which was a great move of the awareness of our dear Holy Spirit. It was a demonstration, for me at least,  to see how God moves through His children in the Spirit. Yet, we only touched the hem of His Possibilities.
         We can’t go back there, but carry with us the essence of lessons learned as we step even more into the awareness of our Lord and understanding Him better every day. Knowing that it is His Hand that is bringing His Will to pass as HE flushes out the non-essential patterns of thinking in us…and solidifies our relationships with Himself.

          AUTOMATIC PILOT 

         Father God draws us ever closer to Himself…each of us, in His special way. We find ourselves becoming more and more detached from the natural world…and our desires to “fix it”. We enter His Rest…because His Day has come for us to Enter His Rest. The world is swirling too fast on it’s axis. Many of us are learning how to shift our gears to Auto-Pilot. 
         Our natural bodies continue to move as they have been trained to do… continuing in the work God prepared a long time ago. But, now they are powered by His Spirit. There is rest for the weary workers who have done the best they have known how to do.
         Now, God…Father God…Big God, is lifting our loads.  We will not Burn Out as we continue to remain on Auto-Pilot.

     

We will be refreshed as we embark on the next journey ahead. Praise God!
