WHEN A MAN STRAYS
(or woman)

         Yes, this is more to men than women because I’m coming from the point where God’s plans gave men authority and responsibility in the home.
         This morning I just received an extended view of how much this affects everyone in his family. It can exceed even what I show here.
         When a man strays, he opens the door for his whole family to stray. The abandoned wife seeks comfort in the arms of another…because his arms, ordained by God to be her comfort, have withdrawn from her. The children, now confused and disillusioned, go out seeking a replacement for the security they felt was theirs in their family.
         This should not be so. The sins of the father and husband are now opening many doors for the enemy to attack their children and wives. Where is the father’s protection in this?

ONLY GOD CAN SAVE THEM

         They would have been stronger as a family unit and how I praise God for men who have stood their ground and protected their children and loved their wives. This is God’s plan for men.
         As the wife yearns to fulfill her God-given role, there is no place for her to do this. The assigned head of the family has removed the earthly foundation upon which she stood to perform her God-assigned service.

BUT GOD

         Praise God! God has not left her desolate. He will give her more children than she had before. He will enlarge her tents to reach out to many children who have been deserted, confused, disappointed by their earthly fathers.
         God will make her path clear. She is more than an earthly wife. She is connected to a Heavenly Vision…where her Father is King, and Her Husband the Almighty God.
         So, when forsaken and left behind, do not be discouraged. God will always provide a better place for those who seek Him from a pure heart.
         His ways are higher. He supernaturally heals the broken hearted and guides them into New and Better days. We can Trust Him!
         Yes, it hurts to be betrayed and left behind, apart from God’s original plan of service. But, JEHOVAH-JIRAH (the Lord will Provide), will meet ALL our needs. We can Trust Him!

THE LORD WILL DEAL WITH
THE WAYWARD SPOUSE

         The Lord will deal with the wayward spouse…(the one who chooses to leave their place of responsibility). At the same time HE is restoring His wounded child who has come to Him in pain and confusion. HE will lead that one to His Truth, which is so far above the lies of the enemy that she/he will find comfort in the presence of her/his ELOHIM (All knowing God).
         And through Him, she shall live, and move, and have her being.

( Act 17:28 ) “For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.”  HE, will restore her and strengthen her, day by day.  And she will be satisfied by the Bread of Heaven.  Her heart will be healed and find it’s place in Him.

JEREMIAH 8:9-10

         Although Jeremiah is speaking about the calamities of Judah here…his words jumped from the page to my recognition today…according to current events in the life of friends and loved ones.|
         He said: “The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of the LORD; and what wisdom is in them?
         “Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them:…”
         Because they have rejected God’s Word, they have rejected the wives God gave them. “And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.” ( Mark 7:9 ).
         May God have Mercy on them…and turn their feet to the Light so that they return to their families and strengthen the cords that have been severed.  May they restore their homes before it is too late…after God has given their wives to someone else. 
         Sometimes this happens, and when it does…”Lord, grant the spouse the wisdom to allow You to make that choice.”
