COME ON UP
TO
THE HIGH PLACES

         “Come on up to the high places” is a song I learned that always lifted me higher. As the angels bring it to me this morning, I rejoice.
         Lift Jesus Higher…yet! “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto Me.” 
         There are many steps leading to the throne room of God. As we each seek the comfort of being in His Presence, our steps will be different. This is the way He provided for me because He has called me to “Prayer”. It’s the “Good Morning Father, Good Morning Jesus, Good Morning Holy Spirit” that I say or write when I begin my time with Him.
         Your steps will very likely be different because God has a plan for each of His children.
         I heard a man yesterday say, “The more you love someone, the more you seek their approval.” This is true in the natural as well as the spiritual. As we admit that we seek God’s approval more than anyone’s, this re-enforces how very much we love Him.
         It’s in the High Places that you experience it God’s approval, recognize it, and are able to accept it unconditionally. He calls you aside to Himself as though you were His only child. No one knows you like He does. No one loves you like He does.
         Don’t be afraid to come up to the High Places with Jesus. Enter His courts with Thanksgiving in your heart. Abide in the glory of His Presence. Allow Him to share His Secret Love with you.
         Mortal man can seldom understand how God can love His children individually; can be in separate throne rooms at the same time. But He can because He is God. And He does.
         Enjoy the Glow of His Presence. And walk in the “after Glow” all day long. As you abide in Him…He abides in you.
         Know that you are loved without a doubt. Know that God is with you wherever you go today. Trust Him!
         It’s your High Places with Him that prepares your feet for the low places of your earthly walk.
