Ears To Hear # 13
THE FINAL CALL
“And
it shall Come to Pass”
In
the eyes of God
“And
it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the Name of the Lord shall be delivered: for
in MountZion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom
the Lord shall call.” (Joel 2:32).
“Multitudes,
multitudes in the valley of decision: for the Day of the Lord is Near in the valley of decision.” (Joel
3:14).
“The
LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter His Voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the
earth shall SHAKE: But the Lord will be the HOPE of His people; and the strength of the Children
of Israel.”
(Joel 3:16).
“PRAY
FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM: they shall prosper that love thee.” (Psalm 122:6).
The
Tsunami
Be
honest now. Aren’t all eyes turned on the devastation that has occurred in Asia? Are
not many in America
experiencing
waves of shock as they see the Hand of God moving…wondering “why?”. Then asking, “What
can we do to help?”
When
we ask this, we are experiencing the compassion of our Heavenly Father.
Recently,
God allowed me to see His dread and sorrow of what He must do in the next step of His Plan to save
His children.
Those
who have rejected Him for other gods, are also His creation. He weeps for what He must do. Can
you imagine having to destroy your own beautiful creations? Those you had so many good plans
for? Can
you begin to imagine the pain of destroying one child to save another? But God’s plan
is set in motion and He has to do what He has to do to save His people. We can TRUST His wisdom.
As
I thought about the little children who are being preyed upon there by evil ones, I know what I would
do if I saw an evil person attacking my child, or any innocent child. I would find any weapon
available and I would destroy that evil one to protect the innocent child.
There
is evil in the world and there is good. God is all good. He is perfect in every way. His
ways are above understanding; especially when we don’t study His Word.
PUT
YE IN THE SICKLE
HIS
HARVEST IS RIPE.
(Joel
3:13)
As
God spent many years allowing us to read His Words of comfort and direction on a small personal level,
He is now allowing us to see His Word on a level that affects the whole world.
Evangelism
As
many desire to send help, finances, and some to even go in the natural, many by prayer, I too, desired
to send money to help.
In
the Name of the Lord
As I prayed as to where the Lord would have me send my donation, I knew it must be sent through an
organization that is connected to the Name of the Lord. These people must recognize the Love of
God, hear His message of hope, and receive their adoption into the Family of God. Those alive, still
have an opportunity to CALL on the name of the Lord.
All
over the world today, millions are coming to Christ Jesus and receiving His Salvation. The Holy
Spirit is the one who is drawing them. God does not choose to leave anyone out…no matter
what it looks like, or what He has to do to save those who will answer His call to “Call on His
Name and no other”.
“Neither
is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men,
whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12).
We
don’t know how many may have called out “Jesus save me”, even as they were swept
away to eternity by the flood. Only God knows that. But, whether we live or die, we are the
Lord’s. And that will be the Final Call our Lord is listening to hear from His Whole
Creation.
“And it
shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the Name of the Lord, [YHWY] shall be delivered.” (Joel
2:32).
AFTER THIS PASSES
(After
the night comes His Glory)
This
is only one more step into the fulfilling of God’s Glory. He looks forward to that day,
even more than we can imagine. There is a PURPOSE in all God does. And it’s all about
us…His children. Those who have already called out to Him and long for His Glorious Return. The
Day of Glory…and the restoration of Jerusalem. Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.
