ARE YOU ON THE PITY POT AGAIN? Quick! Get off! It's a weapon of Satan's!!!
Isaiah 54:17 says, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper."
Realize how silly you look sitting there. Where are you anyway?...in the kitchen?...hanging out clothes?...at the shopping mall?...at a party? LAUGH at yourself!
Be glad you recognize one of ole SATAN'S TRICKS.
Now, get off the "pity pot" and STAY OFF!

Today I had a very difficult challenge. I won't go into details, but I had every opportunity to climb up on that Pity Pot. As I knew I must sent forth God's Word this morning, this little card was lying around all over my office. Everywhere I looked, I saw: "Get Off That Pity Pot".

On e-mails, television, anywhere I looked, I was surrounded by God's reminders that He is with me and will never forsake me, no matter how bad a situation may look. I called a friend and e-mailed another, asking them to stand with me on God's Word for the victory He has promised.

When we Believe in our Heart, and Confess with our Mouth, that Jesus is Lord...we shall be saved from our enemies. When I look at how big the enemy is, I'm tempted to get on that Pity Pot, which only goes down hill.

But, when I look at how BIG my God is, and Believe that all His promises are True, and that He is well able and willing to supply all my needs, I can get right off that Pity Pot and get back to work serving our Lord. Then Joy Returns. Praise God! Hebrews 13:5b, Romans 10:9-10, Hebrews 6:12
